Thirteen long years ago Kelley Drake, native of Fredericksburg, found himself lost.  He was taken in by a pack of bearded Pennsylvanian wild men who guided him in the dark arts of tattooing.  

Fabulous secret powers were revealed to him the day he held aloft his magic tat gat and said “By the power of Jack Brown’s, I have the power!”  Kelley became the Tattoo Fairy, a warrior with an affinity for tight glittery short shorts.  Together, the Tattoo Fairy and his fellow Jack Brownian’s protect the tattooed underbelly of Fredericksburg from mediocrity.
